But anyway, I read about your fibroid situation there and I want to tell ya ... don't fear the hysterectomy! <br /><br />Now I don't know how old you are, maybe kids are in your future. But at 36 I had a fibroid the size of an egg and had an endometrial ablation. Three years later it had returned and was the size of a cantaloupe/six month pregnancy. I was damn sure done having kids and the hysterectomy was the best thing I ever did. No more periods EVER. I still have my ovaries so no instant menopause.
